To become a Learner, please fill out the Learner Sign-Up form below. Or, feel free to stop by during our office hours, 11 am-7pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays or by appointment to complete this form in person or to drop off a printed form. No documentation is required to learn at our Center.
